How We Work With You
We will work in concert with key personnel from your firm to ensure a tight coupling between our learning solutions and your specific business needs. All of our solutions and services are custom designed and developed to precisely drive adoption for your culture and your specific workflow. Outlined below is a typical work plan for our services:
- Develop a project charter and project plan around the learning, change leadership and communication solutions that integrates with any additional or incumbent implementation plans.
- Integrate with the existing project teams to verify workflow designs and coordinate efforts
- Complete a discovery process to determine best practices and workflow requirements
- Define and document key roles, tasks and workflows around which learning solutions will be built
- Develop and deliver learning solutions. This will include a process of identifying, building, piloting, modifying and achieving sign-off of these solutions prior to final development. These solutions will include:
- Role and task-based simulators
- Quick reference guides
- Learning and certification checklists
- Other job aides as needed
- Breakaway hosted portal for access to online simulators and learning materials
- Use of Breakaway Learning Management System and ongoing reporting from LMS
- Develop and implement a branding/communication strategy for the go-live
- Develop and implement a change leadership and communication strategy
- Develop and implement a learning schedule for all staff in targeted facilities
- Develop and implement a “speed to proficiency™” program by role and track progress during the project
- Training for “coaches” and super-users to assist with go-live events and to provide sustainability over time
- Ongoing maintenance of the learning solutions to accommodate changes in application and/or workflow over a 3-year period
- Quarterly review and assessment to ensure on-going retention and to accommodate new employees or additions to staff
- On-site coaching during go-live event(s) to reinforce learning and workflows
- Employees “certified” on their use of the application and workflows and the awarding of CEU's
