Our current research focuses on the challenges facing our industry:
- Physician adoption of EMR/EHR in ambulatory care
- Measuring confidence and knowledge among end-users adopting new technology (See our client research articles)
- Developing a model for speeding the rate of adoption and sustainability of new technology

Physician Adoption Research
Research question: What is the difference between the organizations’ standards for adoption of the EMR and actual use of the EMR?
Expected outcomes:
- Adoption dashboard- the gap between prescribed adoption and actual adoption in an organization
- Use of modeling to determine the most important contributors to adoption
- Reports to identify metrics most critical to adoption
- Best places for the organization to focus on improving adoption
